About Linda
LAc, M.S.TCM, Dipl. O.M.
Linda is a licensed acupuncturist in Colorado (LAc) and is certified as a Diplomate in Oriental Medicine by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM.) This includes certification in Clean Needle Technique, Acupuncture, and Chinese Herbology. She is a member of the Acupuncture Association of Colorado.
She earned her M.S. in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine (CSTCM) in Denver, Colorado. Linda's training at CSTCM spanned 2520 hours of education including 795 hours of supervised clinical training.
Linda has been certified in Constitutional Facial Acupuncture Renewal by Mary Elizabeth Wakefield.
She also completed a 2-year Western Herbalism and Clinical Herbalism certification program at Rocky Mountain Center for Botanical Studies in Boulder, Colorado, which included 927 hours of Western herbology, physiology, aromatherapy, and nutrition.
She has also studied essential oils and clinical aromatherapy with Mindy Green of the Herb Research Foundation and Kurt Schnaubelt, Ph.D, founder of Original Swiss Aromatics.
Linda has a B.S. degree in Microbiology from Colorado State University and was formerly an industrial microbiologist in a research laboratory.
Linda is a native of Colorado. She has a deep love for nature, which drives her interest in all things botanical, including growing medicinal herbs and creating gourd and pine needle baskets. Linda became interested in acupuncture and Chinese Medicine after experiencing its powerful benefits in her own life.
